REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

At Afro Sap, we take pride in the quality of our African clothing and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • You must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order via email at afrofashionwear@yahoo.com.

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 4 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

 

2. Refund Shipping Fee

Please note that the buyer is responsible for a flat £15 refund shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Items returned after the 4-day window

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)

 

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund (minus the £15 return shipping fee) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item following the refund process and place a new order.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at afrofashionwear@yahoo.com with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
